Women in Transition Mindfulness Workshops

Beginning November 30, noon to 1:15 p.m., The Bridge will host four weekly workshops designed to teach meditation and mindfulness techniques for managing stress and other difficult emotions during times of transition. Sessions will be conducted at The Bridge Center for Wellbeing, and the series registration fee is $60. Click to download registration form.
