Thanks to a generous donation from the Community Congregation of Short Hills, the staff of The Bridge’s IMANI Center traveled with a group of students from Irvington High School to visit the African Burial Ground National Monument & the National September 11th Memorial & Museum. This was a great opportunity for our students to travel outside of Irvington to learn more about significant events in our nation’s history. For several students, this was the first time they had ever been to New York City.
